Company
Due Diligence

$3,500/year

Due diligence screening and 1-year of monitoring included for one company and one individual representative. Additional representatives cost $495 each per year.

Individual
Due Diligence

$1,800/year

Due diligence screening and 1-year of monitoring included for one individual representative.

Billing
We bill your method of payment at the time that you submit your registration with ANSBC. Additionally:

We communicate with you throughout the screening and monitoring process to ask for explanations or clarifications on any adverse information we find.

If your application results in non-certification, you may appeal by submitting a request to appeals@atheletensbc.com.  We do not charge a fee for appeals; however, if you appeal, your initial application fee becomes non-refundable. 

If your application results in non-certification and you choose not to appeal, your fees will be refunded. No questions asked. We will provide an explanation to you about why you did not get certified. Additionally, in the event that your application results in non-certification, ANSBC will not publish or share any information with any third party about the outcome of your certification process.  

Small Business Assistance
If you believe you qualify as a small business, please contact us at contact@ansbc.com. We may be able to lower your fees. Contact us to find out more.

Renewal
On the one-year anniversary of the date of your certification (your renewal date), ANSBC will charge your method of payment for an additional year of due diligence screening and monitoring.  We will contact you 30-60 days prior to your renewal date at which point you will have the opportunity to decline your renewal.

Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, as a result, your company and/or individual listing will be removed from our directory. You will not be contacted for renewal. If you would like to cancel, please send an email to contact@ansbc.com.  We will confirm your request with the contacts we have on file before removing any information from the ANSBC directory.

FAQs for Applicants

Who uses the ANSBC?
All NCAA D1, D2 and D3 colleges and universities, plus all high schools in state athletic associations in states where NIL is permitted.
Most organizations should expect to see results in less than 5 business days. Larger, more complex organizations may take longer.

1 year. Your registration will automatically renew on the one-year anniversary of your registration.

Yes. We provide ongoing monitoring services to alert student athletes and schools of events that impact the clearance status of organizations.
Yes. We use industry best practices and rely on the latest and most up-to-date protections.

We provide a process for any organization or individual to appeal our findings. In the event you or your organization wish to appeal the status of the ANSBC’s conclusions, please contact appeals@athletensbc.com.

What are the costs?

There are two options:

Option 1: Due diligence screening and 1-year of monitoring included for one company and one individual representative is $3500. Additional representatives cost $495 each per year. Both your company and your representative(s) will be listed in the directory.

Option 2: Due diligence screening and 1-year of monitoring included for one individual is $1800. The individual’s information will be listed in the directory.

If your application results in non-certification and you choose not to appeal, your fees will be refunded. No questions asked. Additionally, in the event that your application results in non-certification, ANSBC will not publish or share any information about the outcome of your certification process.
